I could watch him allllll day!
I am sadden'd by this!
why do bad things happen 2 good people?

9:53 PM

This was so incredibly sad. When I told my son, who loves his show, he thought I was kidding.

He actually taught kids to love science. For that alone, he will be missed by people all over the world.

Totally unrelated to the Croc Hunter, I just noticed the Holy Family icon you have on your sidebar. My wife gave me that very icon the day I adopted my son, and it is one of my favorites. It is the first that I had seen that really visually demonstrated the deapth of love St. Joseph had for both Mary and Jesus.

4:59 AM

May he rest in peace. I kept thinking of his family last night. I pray for their peace as well.

6:25 AM

yeh, that was pretty horrific.

9:01 AM

:( . . . my son was very interested to (and saddened) to hear this . . .

I feel bad for his family, but on another aspect when you play with fire you're bound to get burnt. he was in a very dangerous field. I lost respect for him when he dangled his kid over a croc.

9:19 PM

Awww everyone, it's sad.

Lutherpunk, I was first attracted to that icon because of the closeness it shows and the way Joseph is depicted with such love in his expression.
I can see why your wife would want you to have this, what a beautiful and thoughtful gift.

4:30 PM

Regina rang me that day all saddened and told me what happened :(
in th evening I went out with a friedn for dinner and her friend rang her and I saw the same phonecall I had that day. We were all shocked. His poor family.

8:44 AM

isn't that so sad? We loved him! and Terri too. I bet Bindi carries on the work.

11:01 PM
