Strawberry quick - Crystal Meth
This is actually true, I looked it up to be sure here on Snopes.com after I got a FWD email, so I checked it. Here is what it's about, you might want to warn your kids!!
Here is the email:
THIS IS VERY SERIOUS. PLEASE READ AND PASS ALONG TO ALL YOU KNOW WITH SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN!!!!
TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN,
There is a very scary thing going on in the schools right now that all need to be aware of. There is a type of crystal meth going around that looks like strawberry poprocks. It smells like strawberry also and it is eing handed out to kids in school yards in Arkansas . I'm sure it will make its way around the country if it hasn't already. Kids are ingesting this thinking that it is candy and being rushed off to the E.R. in dire condition, death can possibly occur. Please instruct your children to not accept candy that looks like this, even from a friend, and to take any that they may have to a teacher, principal, etc. Please pass this around it could save some family a lot of heartache!
That is what they are calling strawberry meth or strawberry quick.

Art, it is pretty sad that we have to worry about idiots such as these, and especially our children at school, where they are supposed to be, where they are made to be. And we are made to have to tell our kids that drugs can be in candy.

At least now we have the internet to verify this stuff and spread the word. That wasn't true when I was a kid.
