Still alive

Sorry for the lack of updates, I do love my blog and my readers and fellow bloggers, but have been a little run down and by the time I get home I feel too tired to concentrate on writing much at all.
One thing I did do that was fun today was go out to this big party store called "Lombards" it had balloons, costumes and all the fun party stuff. It made me think how much i'm dying to start planning my wedding! I will make a special blog with info on the planning, and my dress etc. I don't want to do it on this blog because I don't want Jonathan to see my dress yet. I will have to privately give out my new blog address and then show him after the day.
Right now we do not have a date, it is taking a long time I know, but we are going to have a date and when that happens it will be on this blog!
Life can be hectic and terribly busy, I can't wait to get back to my blogging hobby! But just so you know, i'm alive and still here!

Glad to see you back blogging Carmel. I realize it must difficult to shift gears especially when you're trying to plan a very important part of your life. I look forward to the day that you set for your wedding. Will keep you and Jonathan in prayer.

Do take care of yourself. Hope you're getting enough sleep. LOL! And that's coming from nightowl me!

I know that time change is always hard. It always takes me about a month to recover coming back from overseas. I think part of it is missing where I was and not wanting to get back into real life.

A close friend's sister is getting married in December and I was asked to design and make the dress. I'm very excited that she chose a retro 1940s look. Very Katherine Hepburn-y.

Best of luck with your wedding plans!

Weddings are soooo beautiful.
I wanna C U'r dress.
I think wedding dresses

ahh that is so sweet you don't want him to see your dress!! You're cool Carmel :) I hope nothing but the best for you.

I totally understand it's hard to find time to blog sometimes.

Remember what St. Clare once told her nuns - don't overexert yourself for our "bodies are not made of brass". I hope the wedding plans go smoothly and you remember to blog, when you remember to blog. Personally I've been so busy this month I've barely had time to think of 3-line haikus.

12:57 PM

Can you give is a little insight on the color of your dress, Carmel?

1:22 PM

Im glad you wrote something Carmel, I was getting a bit worried about you! I hope things go smoother and life gets a little more relaxing :)
