I noticed a photo over at Holy Fool where it captures the mayhem of trying to evacuate because of the storms over in the USA.
It's a scary thought seeing people unable to evacuate, but he brings up an interesting thought, what if these people were trying to evacuate because of some biological attack?
I hope that more can be done to get aid and help people out.
