Happy Father's day!
Happy fathers day to all the dads out there! And a big happy father's day to God the father, who loved us so much that he gave us his son Jesus, to die for our sins.
God the Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ,
I thank You
because in Christ Your Son
You have blessed us
with every manner of spiritual blessing
in the heavenly realm.
Those blessings correspond
to Your choice of us in Christ before the foundation
of the world,
that we should be holy without blemish in Your sight.
You have filled us with the grace of Your Son
by imparting to us
all manner of wisdom and practical knowledge
making known to us
in keeping with Your good pleasure
the mystery of Your will.
For this I thank You.

Thanks David, i'm glad to have inspired you a little.
I think Joseph is a great and very interesting subject, I wish we heard more about him in the Bible, it would have been interesting to know more about who he was. But as you said, the silence of scripture is something to also work with.
The holy family is a great subject, let me know how it went!
